Fusion Research has been providing market research services for AGL's business customers for seven years, undertaking ongoing quantitative tracking of business customer satisfaction. Fusion Research provided market research for the Australian Government Department of Communications on community expectations of the Triple Zero Emergency Call Service. The project involved qualitative research through focus groups and ethnographic interviews.

Fusion Research demonstrated a strong understanding og the requirements of the project, as indicated by the project design. Fusion Research appeared to conduct the focus groups with a great deal of professionalism and with clear direction. The ethnogrpahic interviews and associated videography were well presented and acheived a high standard. The subsequent analysis and final report further demonstrated Fusion Research's understanding of the project, as it acheived the desired outcomes for the research.

Fusion Research provided market research for branding home laundry appliances. This was an exciting new project as it is a new brand in the Australian market and we needed to understand the brand awareness. Megan McCarthy and her team were incredible in their ability to understand the brief, work with us collaboratively, and develop a questionnaire that suited all our needs.  Their technical expertise in this area was clearly evident throughout the project. They were able to source our target group nationally and cost effectively.
